1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the BetBro platform, accessible at betbro.click and any related sub-domains or mobile interfaces. BetBro is operated as an online gaming and sports betting service designed for Pakistani players. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and BetBro ("we", "us", or "BetBro").

Using the BetBro platform in any capacity — including browsing, registering, depositing, betting, or claiming a bonus — constitutes your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you are acting on behalf of another person or using a shared device, you accept these Terms on behalf of all users of that session and you take responsibility for their compliance.

BetBro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the email address registered to your account where possible.

2Eligibility

To open and use a BetBro account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must be accessing BetBro from a location where using the platform is lawful under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify this before playing.
• You must not be a BetBro employee, contractor, or immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be under any form of self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with BetBro or any similar platform.
• You must be acting for yourself and not on behalf of another person.
• You must not have had a previous BetBro account suspended or permanently closed due to a violation of these Terms.

BetBro takes its age verification obligations seriously. Players who provide false age information at registration will have their accounts closed and any balances — including winnings — forfeited. BetBro may request documentation to verify age and identity at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension.

3Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one BetBro account. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether using different contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is a serious violation of these Terms. BetBro actively monitors for duplicate account activity. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts may be suspended, balances merged at BetBro's discretion, and bonuses forfeited.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering on BetBro. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure. BetBro is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect contact details provided by the player.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BetBro login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or OTP verification codes with anyone. BetBro will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility, whether or not you personally authorised it. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact BetBro support immediately via live chat or WhatsApp.

3.4 Verification

BetBro may request identity documents at any point to verify your identity, age, or ownership of payment methods. Documents may include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or utility bill. Accounts where verification is pending may have withdrawals restricted until verification is complete. BetBro processes verification as promptly as possible and will communicate progress to the player.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Methods

BetBro currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BetBro charges no fees on deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit on BetBro is Rs 200 for mobile wallet methods and Rs 1,000 for IBFT bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal is Rs 200. Maximum transaction limits vary by method and are displayed in the BetBro cashier at the time of transaction. Higher limits may be available for verified VIP players upon request to BetBro support.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals at BetBro are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as a standard anti-fraud and security measure. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. IBFT bank transfers are processed within one to two business hours during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawal timelines are subject to card network processing, typically three to five business days.

4.4 Third-Party Funding

BetBro does not accept deposits funded by third parties. You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. If BetBro identifies that a deposit was funded from an account not belonging to the registered player, the deposit may be reversed and the account reviewed. Players found to have used third-party funds may have their accounts closed and balances forfeited.

5Bonuses and Promotions

BetBro offers various bonuses and promotions to new and existing players from time to time. These include a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, enhanced odds promotions, and other time-limited offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility, and expiry dates. 5.1 Bonus Abuse

BetBro reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse bonuses where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: placing opposing bets across two accounts to guarantee a wagering requirement is met with minimal risk; using automation software to meet wagering requirements; creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer more than once; or exploiting technical errors in the platform.

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All BetBro bonuses carry an expiry period stated in the individual promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of this period. BetBro will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.

5.3 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable. They must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirement before any resulting winnings become available for withdrawal from BetBro. Where a player requests a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, BetBro reserves the right to remove the bonus balance and release only the remaining real money balance for withdrawal.

6Betting Rules

All bets placed on BetBro are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on, as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following general betting rules apply across all BetBro products:

• Bets are only valid once confirmed and recorded by BetBro's systems. A bet slip shown as "pending" has not yet been confirmed.
• BetBro reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by data errors, technical errors, or circumstances that fundamentally change the nature of the market.
• Bets placed after an event or market has been formally closed — whether due to a technical delay on the player's end or otherwise — will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and are displayed in the BetBro betting interface. Bets exceeding the displayed maximum may be reduced to the limit without notice.
• For PSL and cricket betting markets, BetBro follows official PCB result declarations. Rain-affected matches and no-result declarations are settled according to the BetBro cricket betting rules available in the help section.
• Live in-play bet acceptance is subject to market suspension periods, particularly around key events such as wicket deliveries, over-boundaries, and scoring changes. BetBro accepts no responsibility for delays caused by internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

BetBro will communicate any significant changes to bet settlement procedures via the platform and, where material, via email notification to registered accounts.

7Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

BetBro is committed to providing a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players in any game to gain an unfair advantage over other participants or the platform.
• Fraud: Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods. Initiating fraudulent chargebacks on deposits made to BetBro.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to automate gameplay, place bets, or circumvent BetBro's systems.
• Match Manipulation: Placing bets on events you have knowledge of being manipulated or fixed, or participating in any match-fixing arrangement.
• Exploitation of Errors: Knowingly exploiting software errors, odds mistakes, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings from such exploitation will be voided.
• Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language toward BetBro staff in any communication channel.

8Privacy and Data

BetBro collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at betbro.click/privacy-policy. By registering on BetBro, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy. The key points relevant to these Terms are:

• BetBro collects the minimum personal data necessary to operate the platform, process transactions, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
• BetBro does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
• Your payment credentials are processed through certified gateway partners and are not stored on BetBro's servers.
• BetBro may use your contact details to send service-related communications including account notifications, transaction confirmations, and security alerts. Marketing communications are only sent with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through your account settings.

9Responsible Gaming

BetBro believes that gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal harm. BetBro provides the following responsible gaming tools directly in player account settings, accessible at any time:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Loss limits covering a specified time period
• Session duration reminders
• Cooling-off periods (temporary account pause from 24 hours to 90 days)
• Permanent self-exclusion from BetBro

BetBro takes self-exclusion requests seriously. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, BetBro will make reasonable efforts to prevent the player from creating a new account. 10Limitation of Liability

BetBro provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available. BetBro's liability to any player is limited to the amount held in that player's BetBro account at the time of any claim. BetBro is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect financial loss arising from use of the platform.
• Technical failures, internet outages, or payment processing delays caused by third-party service providers.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
• Decisions made by the player based on information displayed on BetBro which is subject to change without notice (including odds and market availability).
• Any tax liability arising from winnings. Players are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes on winnings received from BetBro.

Nothing in these Terms limits BetBro's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

11Account Closure

11.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your BetBro account at any time by contacting support via live chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram. Before closure, any outstanding balance will be returned to your registered payment method after standard verification. Any active bonuses are forfeited upon account closure.

11.2 Closure by BetBro

BetBro reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its sole discretion, including where: the player has violated these Terms; fraud or suspicious activity is detected; age or identity verification cannot be completed; or the player is found to have provided false information at registration. In cases of genuine player error rather than misconduct, BetBro will return the verified real-money balance to the player after investigation. Bonus balances and associated winnings from bonus funds will not be returned where misconduct is established.

12Changes to These Terms

BetBro may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights or obligations — BetBro will provide at least seven days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, communicated via the platform and, where possible, via the email address registered to each account. Continued use of BetBro after the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If you disagree with any revised Terms, you should stop using BetBro and request account closure in accordance with Section 11.1.
